Lake Builders is a family owned and operated company that has specialized in building quality homes, additions, and remodels for over 30 years. Prior to starting his own company, the owner Steven spent 13 years working under various contractors.

Our company started in the San Francisco Bay Area renovating Victorian, Craftsman, and Mid-Century Modern homes. In 2001, we expanded our service area farther north and began building new custom homes and undertaking larger scale remodels in Napa, Lake, and Mendocino Counties. In 2022, we re-focused servicing individuals and families in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties.

Our mission is to help our clients with their construction needs by providing good service and a high quality product that can be enjoyed long into the future.
